Just your regular, everyday late-twentysomething foodie, formerly of Edmonton and now of Victoria. I make my own vanilla extract from scratch, but I’m not above either Kraft Dinner or cake mix as I believe there is a time and a place for all foods.

I love food; researching it, playing with it, talking about it. When it rains I make soup, and when it’s hot I made Greek salad with as much feta as anything else.

When not doing the above, I can usually be found exploring Victoria, reading various blogs and books, trying to keep my current kitchen herbs alive, or thinking of better font choices for signs and posters around town.
